The role

Growth Manager at Schneiders Saddlery — a 75-year equestrian brand at a digital inflection point. You'll own the full growth stack: Google + Meta + Pinterest + TikTok, Shopify CRO, Amazon channel, SEO, analytics, and AI-powered systems that make your work compound.

What we actually need

• Someone who can personally run paid campaigns (hands-on, not just strategic).
• Google Ads, Meta — campaigns, bids, creative, optimization. Not "working with an agency."
• Someone who builds with AI (not just uses it). Automations, agents, custom tools.
• If you see something tedious, your instinct is to build a system that eliminates it

Equestrian background

Equestrian background — strongly preferred. If you're in the horse world, that's a real advantage. It's not required, but it's valued.

Year 1 targets

• 10K–20K new customers.
• $2M–$4M in attributable revenue.
• 50+ bps CVR improvement

Compensation

$110K–$140K base + 20–30% bonus = $132K–$182K. Full benefits, 401(k), AI tool budget, remote-friendly
