About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator to build and scale out a world class portfolio of recruiting firms. As an account manager for our supply-side, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business owners — helping them optimize their Paraform usage, improve day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own high-stakes relationships. Advise top recruiters on growth strategy and operational excellence.
  • Scale the supply engine. Identify bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and design systems that help recruiters perform.
  • Run marketplace experiments. Test incentive programs, workflows, and automations that improve liquidity.
  • Bridge ops and product. Translate daily insights into internal tools and product improvements.

Requirements

  • 4 - 8 years of experience working closely with customers and owning revenue execution across account management or startup operations.
  • Experience in customer-facing post-sales or operations roles.
  • Experience owning a revenue target (not just retention).
  • Early stage startup experience series A to pre-IPo.
  • Top university or top GPA.

They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients are essential.

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM tools and other customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
