About the Role

Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing CPA and advisory firm with 40 U.S. office locations, international presence, and over 3,200 team members speaking 60+ languages. As the Growth Leader for Risk Services, you will drive the growth of Aprio’s Risk Attest and Advisory Services portfolio, including IT data security advisory services and certifications such as SOC, ISO, CMMC, PCI, HITRUST, Compliance as a Service (RaaS), and compliance automation. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies and campaigns to generate leads, convert them into revenue, and achieve annual targets. You will build deep expertise in Aprio’s services, particularly within the RaaS portfolio, and collaborate across teams to enhance market awareness, increase pipeline, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns through the full funnel, including PPC advertising, events, and partner marketing.
  • Ensure pre- and post-event activities are well-executed to maximize ROI from each event.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and resolve friction points in the sales funnel.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and maintain pipeline tracking in HubSpot.
  • Manage the creation of campaign assets such as articles, whitepapers, videos, and website lead capture tools.
  • Drive revenue through partner marketing by developing co-branded sales tools and supporting lead generation campaigns (e.g., events, speaking engagements, outbound campaigns).
  • Increase awareness and leads via social and news media, including developing social media content and pitching team members as speakers at industry events.
  • Manage the Compliance Automation Growth Leader to align software growth with the overarching RaaS marketing strategy.
  • Track and report on key metrics, including lead volume, conversions, pipeline growth, event performance, paid ad campaign success, and partner marketing revenue.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years marketing B2B services to CISOs and senior IT decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of GRC/IT Assurance services.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.

Pay

$156,500 - $195,000 a year.
