Role
Build and manage a pipeline of UGC creators and micro-influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Responsibilities
- Sources creators who fit Educato’s audience, tone, and product.
- Runs outbound outreach to creators and manages follow-ups.
- Negotiates creator rates, packages, and usage rights.
- Writes briefs that help creators produce authentic, high-performing content.
- Clocks timelines, deliverables, approvals, and payments.
- Tracks creator performance across views, engagement, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and creative learnings.
- Works closely with our founders and creative team to identify winning angles, hooks, and formats.
- Buys a repeatable system for sourcing, briefing, testing, and scaling UGC.
- Helps identify creators who could become long-term brand ambassadors.
Requirements
- Experience working with UGC creators, influencers, ambassadors, or TikTok/Instagram creators.
- Strong understanding of short-form platforms, especially TikTok and Reels.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to write clear, simple creator briefs.
- Highly organized; comfortable managing many creators and deliverables at once.
- Comfortable with experimentation and fast iteration.
- Strong taste for authentic, native-feeling content.
Qualifications
- Experience in consumer apps, education, parenting, student, or Gen Z-focused products is a plus.
- Experience managing paid usage rights or whitelisting/Spark Ads is a plus.
- You spend a lot of time on TikTok/Reels and can explain why certain videos work.
- You’re comfortable sending a lot of outreach messages and getting creative with sourcing.
- You’re organized enough to manage dozens of creators at once.
- You know the difference between “polished brand ad” and “native creator content.”
- You’re excited to build a growth channel from zero to one.
- You’ve built a strong pipeline of qualified creators.
- You’ve recruited and managed the first batch of UGC creators.
- We’re receiving a steady flow of creator videos every week.
- We have clear learnings on which creator types, hooks, and formats perform best.
- We have a repeatable creator outreach and briefing process.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with short-form video platforms.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and UGC.
