The Role
We’re looking for someone to own our Growth/Marketing program. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that’s imperative for continued business growth. We're open to growth or product marketing leaning backgrounds - what matters more is that you've owned programs from ideation to execution and that you have a strong POV on how to take Harmonic to the next level.
Depending on your background, you will:
- Own growth across markets, including targets, budget, levers, and results
- Own product marketing end-to-end - from positioning and messaging to launch and enablement across frontier target segments
- Design, test, and codify the GTM motions behind new products, features, and campaigns - from channel mix to narrative
- Work closely with the rest of our team and CEO to make investment decisions as we balance speed of growth and long-term profitability
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- ~5 years of experience in growth/marketing, but more importantly a track record of owning measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate experiments across multiple growth channels (referral programs, outbound, content, etc.)
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
- A desire to work in person. Most of our NYC team comes in person every day to our new office located in Flatiron
Pay
$175-225K+ salary + Equity depending on level
