Role Responsibilities
- Use AI agents to research and identify potential customers
- Qualify leads based on ICP, intent, company profile, and outreach fit
- Warm up prospects through thoughtful, personalized engagement
- Maintain clean records in our AI CRM and keep customer data organized
- Cook up outreach, follow-ups, research, and campaign workflows with Hive GTM AI agents
- Design creative marketing strategies for OpenHive
- Experiment with new channels, messaging, offers, and growth loops
- Turn customer feedback and market research into actionable GTM insights
Qualifications
- Creative, hands-on GTM and marketing skills
- Ability to use AI agents to research and identify potential customers
- Ability to qualify leads based on ICP, intent, company profile, and outreach fit
- Ability to warm up prospects through thoughtful, personalized engagement
- Ability to maintain clean records in AI CRM and keep customer data organized
- Ability to coordinate with Hive GTM AI agents to run outreach, follow-ups, research, and campaign workflows
- Ability to design creative marketing strategies for OpenHive
- Ability to experiment with new channels, messaging, offers, and growth loops
- Ability to turn customer feedback and market research into actionable GTM insights
- Strong written communication skills
- Enjoy researching companies, people, and markets
- Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate CRM records
- Enjoy experimenting with marketing ideas and growth strategies
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
