Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company's growth strategy across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content
- Take ownership of existing growth initiatives currently managed by the founder and contractors
- Design, launch, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels and campaigns
- Drive measurable impact on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall business performance
- Develop and optimize growth experiments from concept through execution, analysis, and iteration
- Partner directly with the founder to shape growth strategy as the company expands into new AI-powered product categories
- Manage multiple growth functions simultaneously while maintaining strong execution standards
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and growth metrics
- Identify opportunities for growth and proactively build solutions without requiring significant direction
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of marketing, growth, or customer acquisition experience
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes and business impact
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently identify opportunities and execute solutions
- Experience managing initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and implementation through measurement and optimization
- Hands-on operator who enjoys execution rather than solely managing others
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Quick learner who can rapidly adopt new channels, tools, and growth tactics
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, experimentation, and performance
- Passion for AI products and emerging technologies
Preferred
- Experience as a founding marketer or first marketing hire at a startup
- Experience leading growth efforts for consumer or prosumer products
- Experience building and scaling growth programs rather than inheriting mature marketing functions
- Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and products
- Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
- Experience owning multiple marketing channels simultaneously
