About the Role
Our Client is hiring its first full-time Growth Lead. Marketing has been handled directly by the founder, plus a few contractors. This hire takes the wheel as the first full-time growth operator, owning growth end-to-end. The work spans influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content. Some initiatives are already running internally and will be handed off to this hire. Others are net-new initiatives that this hire will design and run from scratch. This is a scrappy operator seat, not a senior manager role. You will roll up your sleeves on every channel, learn quickly, and drive measurable impact across initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of marketing or growth experience
- High agency: identifies problems and drives solutions without being told
- Scrubby operator: rolls up their sleeves on execution, not just strategy
- Fast learner: picks up new channels, tools, and initiatives quickly
- End-to-end ownership: comfortable owning a growth initiative from concept through measurement
- Demonstrated measurable impact in past roles
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage, founder-led growth function
- Excited about generative AI and Aragon's mission to build the creative suite of the future
Nice-to-Have
- Prior performance marketing agency or in-house experience
- Social media leadership at a consumer or prosumer brand
- Prior to founding marketing or first-marketing-hire experience at a startup that scaled
- Familiarity with generative AI products (image, video, audio generation tools)
- Experience selling to or marketing for B2B (Teams product) and B2C (personal use) audiences simultaneously
- Influencer marketing track record with measurable results
Compensation
- US-based: $150,000 - $200,000
- Canada-based: $75,000 - $120,000
