Responsibilities

• Launching and refining go-to-market motions
• Strengthening operational systems to accelerate the team’s speed
• Designing and executing experiments aligned with clear outcomes
• Identifying and addressing bottlenecks within the organization
• Transforming complex problems into actionable plans
• Thriving in ambiguous situations and bringing structure to chaotic problems
• Moving fluidly between strategic planning and execution
• Utilizing AI and modern tools as strategic assets rather than novelties
• Operating at a pace faster than industry norms through automation, rapid deployment, and continuous iteration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role
• A strong background in marketing, operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of launching successful initiatives and driving business growth
• Ability to design and execute experiments with measurable outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address critical issues
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for using technology and data to inform decision-making
