Growth Generalist (8 Month Contract)

About the role

The role is part of the Trustworthy AI Growth team at a company focused on developing cutting-edge AI technologies for various applications including but not limited to, reinforcement learning, trust building, and personalization. This position involves working on projects that require deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their implementation in large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust machine learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions
• Contribute to the development of trust mechanisms and safety features in AI systems
• Perform data analysis and interpret results to inform product decisions
• Stay updated with the latest research in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in full-stack development or machine learning
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and machine learning
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Fiddler
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
