Modelling Resident (8-Month Contract)

About the role

The position involves developing and maintaining software systems that enhance trust and safety features within the company's products. This includes implementing machine learning models to improve abuse prevention and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software systems using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Implement and optimize machine learning models for abuse detection and trust building.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and legal departments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of observability tools and monitoring systems.
• Perform quality control and testing of developed systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development or machine learning.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with database design and architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and Fiddler.
• Understanding of observability tools and monitoring systems.
• Experience with AWS services such as Kinesis, Airflow, and Spark.
• Experience with low-level programming and system administration.

Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with reinforcement learning and deep learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of security protocols and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with customer success and risk analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
