About the role

We are seeking a Growth Enablement and Launch Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on supporting the launch and growth initiatives across various products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all necessary preparations are made in advance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement enablement programs that enhance user adoption and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze launch performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain launch documentation, including checklists and guidelines, to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align launch strategies and ensure seamless integration with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product launch management or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
