About the role
We are seeking a Growth Enablement and Launch Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on supporting the launch and growth initiatives across various products and services.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all necessary preparations are made in advance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement enablement programs that enhance user adoption and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze launch performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain launch documentation, including checklists and guidelines, to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align launch strategies and ensure seamless integration with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product launch management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
