Growth Operations Specialist

About the role

The Associate Growth Operations Specialist at Avint supports a variety of business development and growth activities on multimillion-dollar opportunities. They will coordinate and manage communications, data calls, establish timelines, schedules, and meetings, and develop annotated outlines and written responses to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate communications, data calls, and establish timelines, schedules, and meetings
• Develop annotated outlines and written responses to requirements
• Initially support and eventually lead RFI and SSN responses
• Provide creative and professional writing along with editing and proofreading support
• Establish and follow a weekly cadence for checking opportunity websites such as GSA eBuy, sam.gov, DHS APFS, etc.
• Support and eventually lead proposal volume sections including past performance, resumes, and letters of intent
• Contribute to marketing and branding vision and how it relates to Growth Operations
• Manage the logistics for set-up and attendance of cybersecurity conferences, exhibits, and events
• Manage and track the annual budget for cybersecurity conferences, exhibits, and events
• Identify proposal compliance elements and ensure the requirements are adequately addressed
• Proficient in Microsoft Word skills, advanced Word skills preferred
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint preferred

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a background investigation
• Clearance requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background investigation prior to hire

Pay

$44,000-$61,000 based on experience

Hybrid role combining writing, editing, capture activities, and special projects.
