About the Opportunity
The Growth Operations Specialist plays a key role in executing growth initiatives and supporting sales enablement. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this position drives pipeline development, coordinates external partnerships, and ensures smooth execution of go-to-market activities. The role is critical for advancing strategic growth projects and enabling sales team success.
Responsibilities
- Support outreach and follow-up to grow pipeline and engage partners
- Conduct market and competitor research for trends and opportunities
- Cook up business development events to increase awareness and engagement
- Execute targeted lead generation campaigns in partnership with leadership
- Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to sales appropriately
- Prepare materials and follow-ups for sales meetings and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain pipeline reports and performance metrics
- Streamline workflows between sales, growth, and operations teams
- Manage logistics for broker meetings, client engagements, and initiatives
- Aid in managing daily priorities and aligning strategic growth initiatives
- Cook up logistics for executive and partner meetings
- Support documentation and improvement of growth processes and workflows
- Track and ensure timely completion of key growth projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, communications, or related field
- Experience in external customer-facing roles is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Pay Range and Compensation Package
