About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Growth & eCommerce Mktg Dir to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will own growth strategy and digital acquisition efforts that drive consumer engagement and revenue growth across key online channels. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape full-funnel marketing plans, optimize spend, and improve performance across paid media programs. This is a highly visible opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to translate data, audience insights, and channel execution into measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance marketing, eCommerce growth, and campaign analytics, along with the ability to guide strategy from planning through reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth strategy and paid media acquisition across various digital channels
- Own and optimize acquisition performance across paid search, paid social, and other digital avenues
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies to drive consumer engagement and revenue growth
- Manage budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance metrics across campaigns
- Establish metrics and dashboards for tracking campaign effectiveness and business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, digital commerce, analytics, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted
- 10+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, eCommerce, or online acquisition roles
- Proven track record in leading paid media acquisition strategies with measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing full-funnel digital campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory environments like financial services or healthcare is preferred

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $137,500 – $182,000 annually
