Growth & Client Lead

About the role

Jones Group is a Kyiv-based branding and web design agency shifting focus to the Ukrainian market. We need someone to lead business development and remain the client’s main point of contact and project manager from initial outreach through to launch. You’ll work directly with the founder and shape how we grow locally.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, meeting new people, and seeing projects through from idea to live website.

Responsibilities

• Find Ukrainian businesses and startups that need better design and reach out with personalised, helpful introductions.
• Act as the bridge between the client and our design team, ensuring the client’s vision is met and timelines are kept.
• Help maintain our social media presence by sharing latest work and updates.
• Represent the agency at local Kyiv events and meetups to build face-to-face relationships.
• Serve as the friendly, reliable point of contact from first contact to final project handover.

Requirements

• Native Ukrainian speaker with a high level of English (B2 or higher).
• “People person” who can build trust without pushy sales tactics—we don’t do “hard selling”.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
• Understanding of the current Ukrainian business environment and how to engage local founders and owners.
• Currently based in or near Kyiv; we plan to open a physical office soon and value in-person collaboration.
