About the role
We are seeking a Growth & Automation Manager to take ownership of growth, marketing, sales systems, AI, automation, CRM, analytics, and related technology initiatives across an established operating business. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Technology, AI, Automation, and Analytics, with an initial focus on growth and sales systems and significant opportunity to improve processes throughout the broader organization. You will own systems that generate, capture, nurture, track, and convert new business while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency. The role requires someone who can think independently, learn new technology quickly, test solutions, coordinate specialists, and turn data into actionable business decisions. A degree is not required; demonstrated ability, curiosity, and execution are valued over credentials.
Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
- Manage and improve Google Ads and Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising.
- Manage retargeting, landing pages, conversion tracking, and call tracking.
- Conduct campaign testing and optimization.
