What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality support through meticulous data analysis and reporting.
• Resolve complex issues by leveraging advanced analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accuracy in data processing and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field OR 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Professional working proficiency in SQL (written and verbal).
• A minimum of 3 months/years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Experience using Tableau or Power BI to visualize data.
• Must be able to work from the Chicago office/hub according to the designated schedule.

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-priority data requests with a proven track record of meeting SLAs.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, with 3+ years of experience in data manipulation and machine learning.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Successful completion of a language proficiency test (e.g., TOEFL or IELTS) if required for the role.
