About The Role And Team

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality support through empathetic listening and swift resolution of rider and driver inquiries.
  • Resolve issues by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accuracy in tracking transactions, managing user accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field OR 4+ years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience using CRM software and databases to manage customer interactions.

Preferred qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with 5+ years of experience writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures across large, multi-terabyte datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-priority escalations with a proven track record of meeting 95% CSAT.
  • Experience with ride-hailing platforms and familiarity with industry regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
