What will you be doing?
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Group Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Create and execute sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and implement plans to drive revenue growth.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Manage complex sales opportunities, client escalations, contract discussions, and relationships with key partners and studios.
- Identify new business opportunities, improve sales processes, and oversee programs such as film festival bookings.
About you
- Have leadership experience and a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Possess strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Be highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree, theatre operations, sales, or call center experience preferred.
