Skills

• Experience with SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) and financial reporting dashboards
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM
• Familiarity with IFRS 18 reporting standards
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Group Reporting
• Experience working in a global, multi-entity consolidation environment
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day AMS support for SAP Group Reporting, including incident management, problem resolution, and change requests in line with SLA commitments
• Configure and maintain SAP Group Reporting objects including consolidation units, versions, hierarchies, elimination rules, and currency translation methods
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial data
• Collaborate with Finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Manage and resolve tickets via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring root cause analysis and preventive action for recurring issues
• Support integration between SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal, as well as other feeder systems
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the SAP Group Reporting landscape
• Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes
• Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation (configuration guides, test scripts, SOPs)
• Support intercompany reconciliation, eliminations, and reporting processes
• Work with SAP Analysis Objects for reporting and data visualization where applicable
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the AMS team
• Stay current with SAP product roadmaps and emerging Group Reporting capabilities

$140,000 - $180,000 per year
