Skills
- Experience with SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) and financial reporting dashboards

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day AMS support for SAP Group Reporting, including incident management, problem resolution, and change requests in line with SLA commitments
- Configure and maintain SAP Group Reporting objects including consolidation units, versions, hierarchies, elimination rules, and currency translation methods
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial data
- Collaborate with Finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Manage and resolve tickets via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring root cause analysis and preventive action for recurring issues
- Support integration between SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal, as well as other feeder systems
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the SAP Group Reporting landscape
- Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation (configuration guides, test scripts, SOPs)
- Support intercompany reconciliation, eliminations, and reporting processes
- Work with SAP Analysis Objects for reporting and data visualization where applicable
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the AMS team
- Stay current with SAP product roadmaps and emerging Group Reporting capabilities
