About the role
The role involves managing a team of home managers, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple residential properties
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage a team of home managers to ensure high standards of service
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with property management staff to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or similar field
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of property management software (optional)
