About the role

The role involves managing a team of home managers, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple residential properties
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage a team of home managers to ensure high standards of service
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks
• Collaborate with property management staff to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or similar field
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of property management software (optional)
