About the role

ResCare Community Living, a part of the Sevita family, provides quality services that empower individuals, enhance independence, and help people live well. Since 1974, the organization has supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. The Program Supervisor role is mission‑driven, focused on expanding access to services and developing effective supports for individuals with a range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Perform administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide direct support to individuals, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Split duties among direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Any additional licensure or certification required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with team members and service recipients.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Pay

$10.60 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time, part‑time, and as‑needed shifts are offered.
