Group Facilitator IOP PHP Mental Health and Substance Use Per Diem

About the Role

Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for mental health and substance use populations in a structured, therapeutic, and engaging environment. Support individuals with co-occurring (dual diagnosis) disorders, providing comprehensive care and treatment. Maintain a safe and respectful group environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience in substance use treatment and mental health settings, with a focus on group facilitation and population-specific care.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Ability to effectively manage and engage group dynamics, promoting a cohesive and supportive group atmosphere.
• Relevant licensure/certification preferred (if applicable), with the potential for supervisory opportunities.
• Experience with clinical supervision and management is a plus (ACS/CCS).
