We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse job description. We have: - About the role: The first paragraph: "Group Directors provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. The Group Director is a senior service level position for a Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams who is responsible for helping to shape the vision of client service model and business management by defining clear roles and responsibilities for each team member and by overseeing daily business operations. This industry professional leads the development, implementation, and management of all elements of the team’s client service model." We can put that as

. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES. Many sentences each starting with a verb. We'll put each as

  • . - Education, Experience, Knowledge, And Skills: This includes Education and/or Experience, Knowledge/Skills. Could be split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (knowledge/skills). Also Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - Requirements: Education and/or Experience (10+ years, advanced degree or certification, Series licenses, willingness to obtain additional licenses). That's specific. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could combine? But we could put Requirements for education/experience/licenses, and Qualifications for maybe "Active Series 7..."? Actually that is part of requirements. Might be overlapping. Safer to have Requirements covering education/experience/licenses, and Skills covering knowledge/skills list. - Skills: Knowledge/Skills list: Strong leadership skills, knowledge of financial services products, technically proficient, detail oriented, expert knowledge of MS Office, exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills, strong time management, team player, ability to work fast-paced, adaptable, multi-task, goal oriented, self-motivated, results driven. - Benefits: The "What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley" paragraph includes benefits description: talk about values, benefits, perks, employee benefits, etc. It mentions "offering some of the most attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks in the industry." Also "Our teams are relentless collaborators..." but that's culture. It also mentions "ample opportunity to move about the business". It does not list specific benefits like health insurance, 401k, etc. It's generic but still substantive. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does mention benefits in general terms: "offering some of the most attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks in the industry." That's somewhat vague but still a statement about benefits. It's not filler like "TBD". It's a claim. So we can include Benefits section with that paragraph. - Pay: The posting includes "Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $68,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs." That's specific pay range. So include Pay section. - Schedule: No mention of schedule (full-time, part-time, hours). Not present, so omit Schedule. - Qualifications: Might be redundant with Requirements. Could we treat Qualifications as the licenses? But we already have Requirements covering education/experience/licenses. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Education/Experience and Licenses into Requirements, and Skills separate. Qualifications could be omitted if not distinct. But we need to follow headings list: they gave examples but not mandatory to use all. We should include only sections with real content. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Qualifications if we want to separate licenses? But we can incorporate licenses into Requirements. Let's do that. Thus sections:

    Pay

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $68,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, legal, visa authorization, etc. Also remove "To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley" heading? We turned that into Benefits section content; we should not include the heading "What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley". We'll just use the paragraph. We also need to remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Already done. Check that we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Make sure we didn't include any mention of "Reports to Business Service Officer and/or Market Business Service Officer". That's a piece of info; maybe we should include it under Responsibilities or About the role? It's a reporting line. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that somewhere. Where fits? Could be under About the role as an extra sentence. Or under Responsibilities as a bullet. Let's add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Reports to Business Service Officer and/or Market Business Service Officer". Or we could add a separate section "Reporting". But we only have predefined headings; we could add it under Responsibilities. Add that bullet. Also note there is a line: "Manage team client communications strategy" under duties. Already captured. Check we captured all duties: List from text: - Cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally - Supporting the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships through an exceptional client experience - Plays a leadership role in assisting the FA/PWA/team in developing and delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings as well as tracking follow-ups - At the direction of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, preparing and reviewing various client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients - At the request of FA/PWA/team, participating in existing client and/or prospective client meetings, representing the service lens - Focusing with the FA/PWA/team and other business partners to optimize business practice efficiencies - Oversee team Support Professionals to ensure alignment on team priorities and business goals - Serve as a coordinator for business matters related to the team, ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate contact, addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and track progress until resolved - Works in conjunction with the Business Service Officer (BSO) to oversee such team responsibilities as interviewing Support Professional candidates for hire, training team members and offering input on staff performance - Oversees the development and implementation of strategies to execute Financial Advisor / Private Wealth Advisor business plans , which may include performance tracking and managing the support staff’s monthly compensation - Works with the Market Business Service Officer and/or the Business Service Officer to promote and execute firm initiatives, projects, and remediations with team members - Manage team client communications strategy We need to include all these as
  • . Also add the reporting line. Let's craft Responsibilities
with each bullet. Now ensure we didn't miss any: "Oversee team Support Professionals to ensure alignment on team priorities and business goals" included. "Serve as a coordinator for business matters related to the team, ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate contact, addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and track progress until resolved" included. "Works in conjunction with the Business Service Officer (BSO) to oversee such team responsibilities as interviewing Support Professional candidates for hire, training team members and offering input on staff performance" included. "Oversees the development and implementation of strategies to execute Financial Advisor / Private Wealth Advisor business plans , which may include performance tracking and managing the support staff’s monthly compensation" included. "Works with the Market Business Service Officer and/or the Business Service Officer to promote and execute firm initiatives, projects, and remediations with team members" included. "Manage team client communications strategy" included. Now about "At the direction of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, preparing and reviewing various client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients" included. "At the request of FA/PWA/team, participating in existing client and/or
