About the role
Reporting into the VP, Client Management, you will be a true partner to our clients, leading our teams in identifying client challenges, interpreting those briefs, and turning them into the best agency solutions. You will lead client relationships, ensuring understanding of goals while encouraging long-term partnerships. Your expertise in client management, financial accountability, and cross-functional leadership will contribute to Jellyfish's continued success and new ideas, and you will contribute to product development, marketing, plus cross-group engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead overarching client strategies, ensuring sustained business growth and long-term success across a wide book of business
- Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers both internal and external, driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion
- Lead the outcomes of client strategies, ensuring all teams are working towards the same goals
- Drive new product activation, market expansion, and increased client spend
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for client issues, ensuring challenges are resolved efficiently
- Streamline processes, improve workflows, and ensure consistency across client accounts
- Collaborate with leadership to oversee key Capability workstreams and improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior team members to drive high performance
- Deliver SMART goals quarterly performance reviews to all direct reports and review all line managers performance reviews in hub ownership
- Identify & deliver growth or performance improvement opportunities to team members in their hub ownership
Requirements
- 13+ years experience in client management at an agency, publication or brand
- At least 4+ years of management/team leadership experience
- Subject matter expertise, from platform knowledge to development and successful execution of retainers and campaigns
- Ability to think big and develop long-term client and agency plans
- Ability to prioritize and effectively delegate and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Agency experience is a must

Pay
Compensation Range: $180K - $210K
