Group Coordinator Lead - Reconfiguration
Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting. Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group. Trains new associates in identified work group.
Key Accountabilities
- Manually prepares purchase orders for signature.
- Answers telephones, conveys messages, and runs errands.
- Operates various office machines, opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
- Maintains the site’s files
- Conducts limited research.
- Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Lead and operating MHE (Forklift) within a warehouse, distribution or supply chain/logistics environment.
- Experience with Reach truck is highly desired, but not required.
Qualifications
- 6-12 months warehouse experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
Pay
The pay is $21.75 per hour.
Schedule
M-F from 6am - 2pm.
