About the role

The Account Supervisor is a brand champion who provides strategic input, tactical planning, and direction on their account. They have direct management responsibilities and build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships by effectively achieving the client’s marketing objectives while ensuring agency profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant, positive client contact with key clients
  • Ensure the client is kept apprised of all account activity, including delivering accurate and timely written reports
  • Thoroughly understand, communicate, and advocate the agency’s point of view
  • Ensure alignment on brand strategy and positioning across the client, account team, and internal departments
  • Supervise and effectively manage the production of client-approved marketing tools
  • Provide clear strategic direction to the creative team, evaluate creative work against strategic goals, and offer constructive feedback to achieve breakthrough creative
  • Collaborate on the development of creative briefs
  • Act as a team leader, resolve conflicts, and provide clear direction and feedback to junior account staff
  • Balance client demands with budget constraints
  • Raise client awareness of how changes in direction affect estimates
  • Maintain financial knowledge and control over budgets, including a thorough understanding of contracts and their implications
  • Make sound decisions regarding job priorities and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Outstanding client service skills
  • Experience with HCP (Healthcare Professional) brands or a willingness to learn
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Proven strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • 1-2 years of managerial experience with direct reports
  • Desire to mentor junior team members

Pay

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This range reflects the Company’s estimate at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, consistent with applicable law.
