Group Account Director

Location: Dallas, TX – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually.

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive account plans for diverse data center clients
• Drive portfolio growth by identifying expansion opportunities and articulating value propositions
• Implement performance tracking systems for portfolio-wide visibility into metrics
• Evaluate and expand service offerings to meet evolving client needs
• Maintain strong alignment with internal and external stakeholders for portfolio strategies

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate executive leadership
• Experience managing multiple client relationships with varied contract structures
• Proven ability to lead and retain large teams (100+) in complex service environments
• Expertise in portfolio performance management and KPI development
• Strong background in risk management across multi-client operations
