Groundskeeper - Summit Ridge Apartments

Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, and cleanliness. Specific responsibilities include:

• Work with landscapers to maintain the flower beds, plants, and grass
• Pick up trash
• Remove snow (as applicable)
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
• Completes exterior work orders
• Aid maintenance team with make-ready’s

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check

Pay

• Up to $18.50 per hour
