Apartment Groundskeeper

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of a residential property, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and gardens
• Perform routine maintenance on buildings and grounds
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage waste disposal and recycling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of groundskeeping experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture
• Experience with lawn mowing, pruning, and fertilizing
• Good physical fitness
