Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and facilities in accordance with company standards
• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and mowing
• Clean common areas and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Ensure safety measures are in place and maintained
• Respond to emergencies and assist with maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in groundskeeping or similar field
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
