About the role
The role involves maintaining the grounds of residential properties, including landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
- Perform snow removal and ice management.
- Ensure all property maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Handle basic repairs and installations as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related experience in groundskeeping or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of lawn care and garden maintenance techniques.
- Experience with snow removal equipment.
- Good physical condition.
