About the role
We are seeking a groundskeeper for two apartment communities in Waco, Texas!
Responsibilities
- Walking the property grounds and common areas
- Picking up trash and debris
- Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Pay
$16.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
