Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Responsibilities
- Walking the property grounds and common areas
- Picking up trash and debris
- Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Schedule
Work Days: Sunday-Thursday
Work Hours: Sun: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm; M-Thurs: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday and Saturday may be necessary based on property needs.
