Groundskeeper (Porter)

About the role

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 355-unit Class A apartment community in Sandy Springs, Georgia!

Responsibilities

- Walking the property grounds and common areas - Picking up trash and debris - Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies - Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Requirements

- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions - Ability to work independently and as a team member - Availability to work two Sundays per month for half-day shifts.
