Groundskeeper - Northbend Apartments

Key Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Policies grounds as first task daily and throughout day, as needed
• Completes grounds work as needed
• Plants, prunes, weeds, seeds or removes foliage, shrubs, trees or grasses or other grounds work
• Aid in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready
• Aid maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable)
• Operates various mechanical or electrical equipment or garden tools
• Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• English proficiency – both written and verbal
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations
• Ability to operate a two-axle motor vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position
• Experience and working knowledge of OSHA and other environmental safety standards
