Groundskeeper
A Day in the Life of a Groundskeeper
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment to ensure they are safe, clean, and functional.
- Remove trash, debris, and obstacles from common areas including grounds, parking lots, roads, amenity spaces, breezeways, stairwells, and dumpsters.
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping, irrigation, painting, exterior repairs, and pool maintenance.
- Operate equipment like edgers, blowers, power washers, compactors, and pool and spa systems.
- Report and assist in correcting safety hazards in a timely manner.
- Take pride in keeping the property looking its best!
Qualifications
- Able to work as scheduled and as needed, including weekends.
- Able to safely operate electrical and gas-powered equipment (pool/spa pumps, edger, blower, etc.).
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours or more per week.

Pay Range
Competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour, depending on the property size.
