Groundskeeper

About the role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team in Bexley Round Rock. Located in Richmond, Virginia, we manage over 60 apartment communities across multiple states. Our success is driven by our hands-on approach and commitment to the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Clean pet waste stations and trashing out apartments
• Perform light painting and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Support maintenance as needed
• Operate equipment including backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers
• Work in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, rain, and humidity

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in noisy environments
• Experience with basic landscaping and maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid

Pay

The starting hourly rate is $18, with the potential for quarterly bonuses. A $1000 stay bonus is currently available after 90 days and in good standing.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
