Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and achieve excellent resident satisfaction.
- Work in designated office hours to ensure community operations are functioning effectively.
- Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition.
- Daily exterior inspections of the community to maintain cleanliness and "curb appeal."
- Completion of daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.
- Ensure the resident property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction.
- Assist the maintenance personnel in performing light maintenance tasks.
- Available for on-call emergencies such as snow removal, per Community Manager's request.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Able to follow direction, flexible with work assignments, and have customer service experience (a plus).
- Pool certification, if appropriate.
- Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, lifting up to 110 pounds, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing.
- If driving for company business, must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, company insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to be insurable at standard rates.
