Groundskeeper

Continental Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to join their team at the Lost Creek Lakewood Ranch residential apartment community in Bradenton, FL. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

About the Role

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for ensuring the property's appearance is top-notch and that new homes are ready for move-in. They will also assist with day-to-day maintenance and community operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with a courteous, professional approach
• Maintain the property's overall appearance by performing grounds upkeep, pressure washing, cleaning dumpster areas, and removing trash
• Help maintain landscaping by watering, planting, mulching, and pruning shrubs
• Stock refreshments in common areas as needed
• Perform additional tasks as needed, such as unit touch-ups and snow removal (in applicable states)

Requirements

• Ability to operate basic equipment such as blowers, mowers, pressure washers, vacuums, etc.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

• Ability to work in a non-traditional schedule
• Team player with a 'no task is too small' mindset
