Grounds Manager

About the role

The Grounds Manager will handle all aspects of campus grounds duties, including following and issuing written and oral communications to co-workers and solving problems during daily planning and assignment of grounds-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily grounds-related duties
• Communicate effectively with team members through written and oral instructions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during daily operations

Requirements

• Familiarity and experience with computer software and email communications
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs. from ground level to a height of 4’ 6”
• Ability to carry 30 lbs. for a maximum of 30 ft.

Schedule

Typical shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential option for a four-day, 10-hour alternate shift.

Pay

$25.401 per hour.
