Grounds Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule Grounds staff
• Oversee daily landscaping operations and projects
• Manage department budget, payroll, and supplies
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Support an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

• 3-5 years landscaping or related experience
• Leadership and team management skills; supervises 6 or more (full time equivalent) colleagues
• Knowledge of irrigation, desert plants, and xeriscaping
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
