Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and schedule Grounds staff
- Oversee daily landscaping operations and projects
- Manage department budget, payroll, and supplies
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Support an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- 3-5 years landscaping or related experience
- Leadership and team management skills; supervises 6 or more (full time equivalent) colleagues
- Knowledge of irrigation, desert plants, and xeriscaping
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
