About the role

We are currently looking for individuals to join our Production team as members of the Night Shift at our Oakdale facility.

Responsibilities

• Performs general labor (e.g. plant clean-up, housekeeping, etc.)
• Follows direction and complete tasks in a timely manner with close supervision.
• Tasks include, but are not limited to: cleaning under tail pulleys and high build-up areas and ensuring belts are tracking properly.
• Assists maintenance team in performing routine maintenance and repairs (e.g. greasing, fueling, lubricating and changing rollers).
• Replaces or assist other staff as needed, or directed.
• Works cooperatively to comply with facility-wide environmental and quality management systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• MSHA training and experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment physical must result in medical clearance to wear a respirator.
• Must be able to read, use simple math, and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
• Good judgment is required.
• Must be adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work any assigned shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The rate for this position is $24.00/hour with a $1.00 shift differential for working on night shift.

Schedule

This position is based primarily at our Oakdale, WI facility and works on the Night Shift.
