Job Description

• Responsible for all landscaping and grounds maintenance on property.
• Responsibilities include lawn mowing, hedge trimming and pruning, watering plants, sprinkler and irrigation system maintenance, preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions, coordinating specialty services, maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, mulching, pesticide application, and operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment.
• Must have the capability to think on your toes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism is expected to be upheld at all times, whether interfacing with guests or fellow staff alike.
• A positive attitude and team-focused individual is ideal for this role.
• Being able to take collaborative instruction from both the Maintenance Manager and General Manager at various times is imperative.

Tools and equipment will be provided.

Additional Information

• Discounted site available - must work 24 hours to qualify.
• $50 monthly utility allowance.
• Site rent varies on type, hour commitments, and other factors. Exact details will be provided in the interview.
