GROUNDS PERSON

Responsibilities

• Daily grounds maintenance including mowing lawns, trimming shrubbery, mulching beds, edging walks, managing weed control.
• Sweeping streets and curbs.
• Assisting with snow removal.
• Handling minor routine maintenance tasks such as fence repair, gate installation, downspout replacement, lightbulb changes, and splash block adjustments.
• Aiding in the removal of trash from vacant apartments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience or ability in landscaping or lawn care is preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours, including overtime and emergency calls.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to read and understand the English language.
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
