Job Description
Pay Rate: $18/hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Able to perform physical outdoor labor in a variety of weather conditions.
- Basic experience with tools, equipment, or maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Previous groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, or custodial experience.
- Experience operating power equipment (leaf blowers, pressure washers, etc.).
What You Will Do
- Operate pickup trucks, golf carts, and other light equipment to complete daily duties.
- Empty all outdoor trash cans, including pool areas and community spaces.
- Pick up debris along curbs, walkways, and throughout the resort grounds.
- Maintain walkways, roads, and common paths through regular leaf blowing and debris removal.
- Power wash walkways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces as needed.
- Clean and maintain BBQ grills to ensure they are safe and ready for guest use.
- Rake and level the sand volleyball court to maintain an even and safe playing surface.
- Clean gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and prevent buildup.
- Perform ice and snow removal on walkways, roads, and entryways to maintain safe access during winter months.
- Monitor outdoor areas for potential hazards and address or report them promptly.
- Paint curbs, parking spaces, and other designated areas to maintain clear marking and attractive appearance.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
