Position Summary

Responsible for the overall curb appeal of commercial properties.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Walk property grounds to pick up any trash, cigarette butts to ensure and clean a safe atmosphere.
• Empty all waste containers and supply with liners.
• Spray and pull weeds when necessary.
• Trim bushes and trees when directed.
• Spray out and clean trash areas.
• Report and damages or property issues to manager.
• Light maintenance ability required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

No direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or GED.
