Responsibilities

• Maintain business cleanliness and appearance
• Ensure safety regulations are met
• Cook and prepare construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans
• Aiding skilled tradespeople in their duties

Requirements

• Experience working in maintenance preferred
• Capable of learning new skills quickly
• Preferred knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems
• Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks
• Able to physically move on and off the train safely
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Able to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
• Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass drug screening and background check
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and operate cleaning equipment; able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable with effective communication skills

Work Environment & Expectations

• Full-time or part-time schedule (typically 30+ hours per week or 80 hours per pay period)
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety
• Professional appearance and adherence to company standards and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and team needs
• Flexible availability, including weekends and all days of the week, based on operational needs
• Ability to perform duties for extended periods in environments with high heat and direct sun exposure
