Grocery Stocker- Part-Time

About the role

Kimberton Whole Foods in Malvern is seeking a Part-Time Grocery Stocker to support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Receive and stock dry goods, ready-to-drink beverages, household and bulk items.
• Collaborate with the Grocery Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the department.
• Assist the front end by scanning customer groceries and completing transactions efficiently.
• Carefully and efficiently bag groceries.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full sense range (vision, hearing, and sense of smell) to read product labels, distinguish color and smell for quality control, and communicate with customers and co‑workers.
• Ability to lift, grip, and carry objects up to 50–75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools, and other products.
• Stooping, squatting, and kneeling to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
• Walking short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.
• Prolonged standing.
• Work environment involves movement‑based tasks with most time spent walking or standing rather than sitting.
• Ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back‑stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods on a regular basis.

Pay

$16 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Part‑time, up to 24 hours per week; one weekend shift required each week. Availability: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
